USB elicenser died- no response yet from steinberg

I emailed Steinberg this morning because my USB dongle died. I bought a new one but apparently they must send new licences. I cannot find a US tel number anywhere on the website.

I cannot get the mixes done tonight that were supposed to be sent. I get the impression that this is not professional software. I can get Avid on the phone very easily to resolve problems fast even just for the pro tools demo.

Is there is US tel number?
