USB-eLicenser missing from account

I don’t see USB-eLicenser registred on my account and when I’m trying to reassign it says “This eLicenser number has already been registered by another user.”

I’m pretty sure that I didn’t register it on any other accounts, and I know there was a simular problems for another users, so can anybody from official support check it?

This is due to you having another account most likely. If you can’t solve it, you’ll need to get in touch with Steinberg Support or your local support to fix it.

There has not been such a problem for any one that wasn’t eventually found to stem from user error. Sorry!
