I would like to record my band live by tracking each separate instrument simultaneously. This would be done in cubase10 pro. I would be using USB to connect the interface. Would the UR44 work in this situation?

Maybe, depending on how many separate inputs you want to record. How do you plan to do it? Particularly, the drums… How many instruments and vocal mics, etc.
