I just did a fresh install of of Windows 10 and also upgraded to Cubase Pro 9.5. I already have Cubase7. After running 9.5 it does not recognize my USB key. Please help.

What message exactly do you see?
Make sure you have the latest eLCC installed. Start eLCC as Administrator and run Maintenance. Make sure the USB-eLicenser is plugged in to the USB 2 port, not USB 3.
