I have a license for Cubase Elements 12. I had it installed on two PCs: a desktop and a laptop. My laptop broke down and was reset. Since then, I’ve contacted support several times and downloaded all the files needed to reinstall it, but Steinberg tells me there is no license associated with that laptop. What should I do?

You can also delete any activation on a device using the Steinberg Activation Manager. You can activate Cubase on up to three systems simultaneously with a single license.
Keep in mind - if a system has undergone a major change like a system disc being replaced it will no longer be recognized as the old system. Just delete the old activation and activate a new one in the Steinberg Activation Manager.
