Is the command “use color of selected track of same type” gone in Cubase 13?

I can see the same options, which were available in Cubase 12. The screenshot comes from Cubase 13.

I found it.
What menu does the user interface go under in English Cubase?
In Cubase 13 in Japanese, it is in the Project menu as ‘Coloring (No Selection)’.
It did not seem to be here before.
