# Using a 2nd computer

I’m using an imac running cubase 6.5 at home and a good friend of mine, who is in a 3 piece band, recently asked me if it was possible for me to do a live recording of them. I have a mac laptop which would do the job so my question is :-  
Can I transfer my licence to the laptop whilst I do the recording, then back to the imac to do the editing bit ?

You just install cubase on your macbook, stick the usb licenser into it and go. When back at home, put the elicenser into the mac desktop again.
