I am trying to use chord pads. I play the Dmin when using the C1. (see pic below).
But when I press C1 it also plays the C note in the VST so the Dmin sounds off. How can i fix this?
This is basically the key that you press gets put through to the track additionally to what is coming from the chord pads. Both your midi keyboard and the chord pads function as a midi input device.
This can be changed by switching the input of the track to “Chord Pads”.
Additionally you might have to switch off the chord pad’s on/off switch.
Strangely, it also gets fixed by setting the input to “All Midi Inputs”, at least on my system.
