Using Cubase on two different computers

Hi. I am an owner of Cubase 5 and I currently use it on my iMac. I have a blue usb device to activate Cubase. But since I am starting to record with my band I am planning to rehearse with the click from the tempo track, I want to use Cubase on my MacBook.

So my question is: Can I use the license on two computers? How is it possible to use the license on my laptop? Do I need the usb key, or can I use a softlicenser?
