FL Studio allows you to use purchased/downloaded drum kits in their software to create beats. Using those same waves files, is there a way i can do this same thing in Cubase?
Not sure exactly what you mean but yes, you can use the included Groove Agent SE within Cubase to sequence drum tracks from either MIDI or sampled sources.
