I made some changes to the First Page Template of Flute 1 part of a project and I’d like to copy those to all other parts. How can I do this easily?

If you made the changes by editing the page template itself (in the page template editor, opened by double-clicking the First page template in the panel on the right), then any parts using the same page template set as Flute 1 should be updated automatically. Pages in other layouts only wouldn’t get updated if they were already overridden.
If you made the changes directly on p1 in the flute part layout, unfortunately that’s a local page override and Dorico doesn’t have a way of “promoting” local overrides into a template. You’ll have to edit the First page template and recreate your changes.
