Has anyone been able to use *.fxp files on cubase 11 yet. Or is there a system whereby I can resave them as say MP3 files?
fxp files are program files for VST instruments or effects in which the plug-in settings are saved. fxp files (and also fxb files) have nothing to do with audio files, so converting them to mp3 is not relevant.
For third-party plug-ins, there is still the option of importing these files in C11. Steinberg plugins have only been using the vstpresets for a long time; there is no fxp import or export there.
