I just noticed that the new event volume function does nothing in one of my projects, and I found that it is because " * Cubase versions older than 13.0.50: Volume curves cannot be properly applied."
Is there a way to convert an existing project to the latest Cubase version - without fiddling exporting stuff?
Yes, just Open & Save it using Cubase 14.
No. I can draw, but the volume is exactly the same.
So when you use Cubase 14 to open the Project does it show a version number on the Title Bar or not and if so what is it?
It says “Cubase Pro project”. I have also saved under a new name.
So Cubase thinks it is 14. I assume the problem is in the newly named copy too.
Can you give a step-by-step description so other folks can try to replicate it.
Take a CPR saved pre 13. Try to change event volume. Save under new name. Try again.
Can you be more specific about this. In order to try and replicate the problem we need to understand exactly what’s happening not kinda what’s happening.
