In my second flow I use repeat bars, the project has 7 flows. This seems to confuse Cantai and is singing back the lyrics at the wrong moments. I exported the song as a single flow and tried again; now Cantai is singing it correctly.
@Andre1 , I’m just curious…. Did you try (with your original 7-flow project) to close it and reopen it? Or, export it as is and re-import it? Or, even restart Dorico (or reboot)? I ask because I am wondering whether Cantai simply needed to reinitialize. (Another option would be to clear the cache for that voice.)

Actually, the play back is no problem, that happens correctly, but exporting only the second flow is what gives the Cantai problem. I reopened the project and emptied the cache, then reported the 2nd flow again. Still the same problem.
