Hi, So my friend sent me a “template” to use. I stored it in the template folder on my drive, and am able to open it. However, somehow, when I am done recording, it saves over the template instead of allowing me to create, open a folder with the song’s name and save it there. Anyone know what I am doing wrong on the “save” process? Thanks
you have to “save as…”
next time you should open your template as a template… then it will lead to an unknown project and will only save as a new project
You can also make a copy of the template and give it the name of your new song. Create a folder for it and move it to the new folder. Open it from that folder and your original template remains intact.
