Using UR22 with no PC?

I’m thinking of getting a UR22 interface, but sometimes I would like to use the output terminals at the back with no PC connected.

I have a power-> USB adapter to power the UR22, will the outputs work if I use this? Or does it need a PC to enable the outputs?
