In the Tracks Time line, I would like the possibility to use the mouse wheel to navigate from left to right in the time line, and by clicking Ctrl + mouse wheel, I would like to zoom in the time line.

Still an issue with zooming.
If you zoom too much, the timeline goes to very far (+1000 bars)
Also, to improve the zooming by Ctrl + wheel, maybe you can only zoom on the Transport Playhead.
