Can we still download or get the “old” UV22HR Dither somewhere or is it only possible to use LinDither anymore?
I have licenses since Cubase Pro 11.

Cubase 12 onwards does not allow loading of UV22HR and automatically replaces it with Lindither in a project.
So using Cubase 11 would be the only way you can use it.
Why do you want to go back to the old UV22HR that has its origins in the early 1990s? The new Lin Dither has more advanced options and processes which meet the needs of today’s sonic reality.
Unless… you are aiming at noise artefacts on purpose. In that case I would suggest to go with dedicated plugins, e.g. one that recreates early 90s MP3 artefacts. Not kidding, I once tried - had a good laugh and something to feed the bin with afterwards. To each their own…
I wrote on Lin Dither vs UV22HR a while ago:
Today, UV22HR is obsolete for most production tasks, because you should expect your music or sample to be reprocessed or compressed at some point. But even if that wasn’t an issue, Lin One’s noise shaped dither should be more than enough, even if you’re releasing your music as .flac files for audiophiles.
