Value tooltips is not showing when activated using HALion 7.1. e.g I hover over Cutoff and it doesn’t show value and quick control assignment its assigned to. I’m on windows 10 i need to it to show to help me make patches.

I have been basically learning Halion 7 on my own. I have noticed that some functions do not work as it is stated in the manual. This is one of them. I reached out to support and they do not seem to know what the issue is. I have Windows 11. It seems like nobody uses the manuals anymore, and Steinberg doesn’t update them. I think this is a software issue, but I’m left to believe that nobody cares?
