VariAudio and Audio track Phase switching

I can’t achieve any audio correction any less than a semitone ie A 13 cents shifts to either G# 13 cents or A# 13cents. I can’t find the phase satellite switch on any of the audio channels or strips. Humbug etc . Any advice people?

Hold Shift when you move a note up or down.
