So, I was working with a 5 string fretless bass tonight…and noticed that VariAudio will not go down as far as the low D being played in the song. Really? Seems like an odd oversight…need to add another octave down there.
If there’s some way to expand that view I’m missing, please let me know.
yeah- bass, whistling, and lap steel all easily wander out of the range of VariAudio.
It could do with an octave or 2 more range. I’ve tried doing some pitch shifting by an octave then fine tuning with VariAudio then shifting back etc but wouldn’t want to do it on anything much more than a subliminal part…the result was not exactly free of artifacts.
