VariAudio - Is There a Way to Straighten a Vibrato Pitch Curve Without Flattening It?

Hi everyone,

I’m wondering if there’s a way in VariAudio to straighten a curved vibrato pitch line -not flatten it, just align its average pitch to a more accurate center, without affecting the natural vibrato.

Here’s a first image showing a note with clear vibrato. I don’t want to reduce the vibrato’s intensity using flattening; I just want to nudge the whole curve into better intonation.

The only workaround I found is to split the note into three segments, then manually adjust the pitch of each one (like in the second image). But this causes some artifacts, and for some mysterious reason it shaves off the vibrato at the joints (especially where I split the note).

Is there a better method to do this kind of micro pitch alignment without degrading the vibrato or introducing artifacts?

Thanks!

As things currently stand, sadly not…

It is a great feature request though - to have more control over just the pitch curve, by being able to ‘redraw’ or freshly add/edit/stretch/compress the vib element of the curve.
