Hi, does anyone know if there is a settings in Cubase 9.5 to reduce velocity top/bottom?
I have Emotional piano and if I put velocity range for example 50-70 I get even sound but not enough.
I would like to have some dynamics to stay but to get even sound.
I tried compressor but it does not work as some notes spike a bit, no matter the settings. And I can not manually do all dynamics as there is a ton of notes.
So I do not need % of velocity to lower like 30% everything down.
More like keep everything played in the range of 20-30% only.
There is an example in the first couple of measures:
If I play that on my keyboard I can not get that even sound of a piano.
Is there anything that Cubase can help?
