Verification pending after received Dorico Download Access Code

Hello, there.

After received an e-mail with the Dorico 5 Pro download access code, I’ve tried to verify the soft on E-licenser Control Center and I got a message saying that there is currently no license available that can be update by your license update.

I was able to download the software, intalled it, and activate it. It is only this verification process that is pending.

Please, help me, because I need the voucher to buy the Cubase 13 Pro 70% Off.

@alenubila, the Verification Pending state means that we have not been able to verify your existing Dorico license for the update to Dorico 5. Please see this article for more help:

Thank you for the reply.

I did all the link’s steps. Unistalled and reinstalled the softwares as well. Actually, the E-licenser shows my 3.5 Dorico license, but I got that message that I wrote before.

I think the issue is something about the grace period, like this post Cannot complete verification process for Dorico 4 update

It might be that you are entitled to a grace period update. If you run Steinberg Activation Manager, and from the menu in the top right, choose Grace Period Check, and see what that tells you.
