Verifying my license

I recently updated from Dorico 3.5 to 4. A few days ago I received an email from Steinberg telling me that my elicense has to be verified or my Dorico will not work anymore after 14 days if I don’t verify my license. When I open the link to my eLicense the license is there but I get the following window when I click to verify.

What can I do to solve this?

Can you direct message me with screenshots of your eLCC and SAM license listings? I don’t have access to your account details (I’m not on that team) but I can at least try to work out what the system thinks is happening.

Just to follow up here (in case anyone else is reading) - the problem was that the eLicenser license was grace period eligible, so it needed to be upgraded by going through the grace period procedure rather than by using an upgrade.
