Hello, I am looking to buy a Steinberg Ur12. It just says that it comes with Cubase AI, which is the only reason I am considering it. However, it doesn’t specify the version. If it is coming with 7 or 8 or some other older version I’m going to save my hundred dollars and just buy Elements and then save up for a different interface. Can someone please tell me what version it comes with and if it comes with an old version, can I upgrade it to Cubase 10?

As far as I know, you always get the current version at the time you activate. That would mean Cubase 10.5 at this moment.
Yes, you can always upgrade to the latest Cubase version, if you wouldn’t get it.
