Vertical alignment of clusters

I input these two clusters in separate voices the normal way, but the way Dorico automatically aligns them horizontally doesn’t seem right, as the upper cluster is displaced to the right by one notehead. Am I missing something about whether this is actually correct in the first place?

And how do I correct it anyway? I can’t seem to move only the upper cluster without the bottom one moving as well.

TIA

Dorico aligns the noteheads which fall on the correct side of each stem, which I believe is the right approach.

If you want a different alignment, select all of the notes in the lower voice, and then in Engrave mode, set their Voice Column Index property to 1.

Strange that the accidental spacing gets messed up when you do that.

Hmm, yes, and the alignment of the notes isn’t quite right, either.

These can both be fixed by applying a Voice Column X Offset to the lower notes of 1/2 space.

I’m not sure if there’s a better way.
