Vertical mess in only one page

Hi,
I’m having this problem in only one page. It has a red 139,9% in red and there are two systems overlapping each other. How can I fix this, please?

The red fill indicator tells you that you are trying to fit way too much material on the page.
It is not possible to say how this situation has happened just by seeing an image.

It would help a little if you turned the signposts back on! The likely culprits are system and frame breaks with the added complication of a frame that is waiting for the next frame break. Casting off is another possibility as some individual bars have more notation crammed into them.
An attached file would really be helpful!

I don’t know what could have caused this but I clicked reset layout and it worked.

“Reset Layout” just removes any manual frame/system breaks. So there was likely a frame break with “Wait For Next” enabled, as @jaskarbong suggested.

It had no frame breaks. It happened again on this example, with all signposts on. I’m trying to send the file but it only accepts up to 4 MB. Even compressing it won’t do. This happened right after I changed page size to A3.
Is there a way to force vertical spacing in mm?

Try applying the Silent Playback Template and see if that shrinks the file enough.

Ok, here it is. I deleted all other pages.

A Captura do Saci-Pererê DO XML corrigido copy.dorico (2.8 MB)

The second page is 56% full, so if you change this setting under Library->Layout Options->Vertical Spacing to 55%

Ok, this worked, thank you…
