Hi
In my Score I want more vertical space between my Solo Instruments and the Flutes.
How can I do that?

Engrave mode, Staff spacing. Select the blue handle on the flute staff and move it downwards. You can press Shift-down arrow to grab all the staves below, and move those down as well.
The easier way would be in Layout Options—Vertical spacing to increase the minimum gap between items.

One more way: click on the flute staff handle, and drag down while pressing Alt. That will move all staves down with it.
If you want to replicate that change across multiple pages of your layout, you can use the Copy Staff Spacing feature to do so.
