I am using Dorico 5.1 and entering an orchestral score. I’ve seen posts on how to limit vertical justification on the last page, where the vertical spacing is too spread out. I have the opposite issue: the staves on the last page are too tightly spaced, so the vertical height of the final system is short. This happens repeatedly on different scores, I need to manually space out the layout of the staves on the last page to resemble the earlier pages.
Any input? This must be obvious, but I can’t locate info in the manual.

If you view the vertical spacing in Engrave, you will see the last page is 79.7% full, which is below the 80% limit that you have set for justification in Layout options.
Thanks. But the problem is, when I now set the vertical justification cutoff at 79%, the last page is justified vertically – and is too spread out compared to the previous page. So, my first file had too compressed last page, vertically, and this second file is too uncompressed. Comments?
Btw, here’s the reason why your music was hanging outside the music frame: You’ve dragged the staff down. (The manual adjustment is shown in red.) If you want the following pages to align with the first page, the better way to do that is to edit the template as jesele suggested. (You can also play around with the other settings in Layout Options.) Dragging staves around will usually cause more problems than it solves so if what you’re trying to do can be done another way, that’s usually better.
