Video/audio exporitng, how?

For the first time, someone sent me a mov file. I was able to open it up in Cubase and I have a video lane and a separate audio lane. I added a 2nd audio track which added an acoustic guitar, and I want to send back the file back with both audio tracks (plus the EQ and comp I did).

How do I do this? Do I just export the file as a OMF? Will it combine the two audio together?

Export the file as WAV. The video-guy will put it to his video-software and export a new video file with your audio.
