video engine decode has stopped working cubase 8

I’m getting this message along with a crash in a project where I have a video in it. win 7 64bit

Same problem everytime I close cubase. It seems to be a graphic card / GPU resources issue.
Also have problems with waves plugins and some others not loading the interface and crashing cubase.
I contacted steinberg support, hopefully we find a way to fix that asap.
