Video Feature GONE in Nuendo 8.2 after Windows Update

So I just installed the Windows 2018 April update on my Maschine.

Starting Nuendo it showed the Video Component loading, however, it was not possible to open the Video Window via Shortcut.
Also in the Menubar there was no entry for Video Player anymore.

Tried resetting all Preferences, launching as Administrator, running Elicenser Center etc. nothing helped.

After removing the Windows Update, the Video Player is now shown again in Nuendo so it seems to happen due to it.

April update applied here. No issues. But it has to be said that a lot of people have had issues with this Windows update. The wonders of Windows automatic updates! (I was never a believer!)
Did you try running eLicenser as administrator?

Same here except on Yosemite 10.10.5!
