Video Flicker in Cubase 11

I imported a video into Cubase 11 so that I could edit the audio.
The video file is an MP4 1980x1020.
Exported the video file and now the file has this weird shimmer/flicker to it.
It’s looking like I’ll have to export the new audio and import that and the original video into a video editing program so that I can edit the video to the new audio length.
Anyone have any suggestions on how I can get this to render so that it looks normal?

Convert the video into ProRes Proxy, it should playback the smoothest.

Thanks but I already saw this solution in another forum post and it’s a hard pass if I have to use another video encoding program to correct what should’ve been an easy task for Cubase.
