Video in cubase 5

Hi evreyone. I’m New here, so sorry if i placed this question the wrong place.

I have some troubles importing videos in cubase 5. I have tryed different file types as Mp4 and avi in different quality. but nothing works… i only get a white screen. can anyone tell me the type and spec. for video that works in cubase 5 ?

Hi,

Cubase 5 was using Quick Time engine. Make sure Quick Time is installed at your system. Once you can open the video in Quick Time, you should be able to open it in Cubase too.

Thank you. I see now that QuickTime won’t play Any video… I only get Black screen in the videoplayer… Ialso tryed old version
