How can I import a video file into my Cubase 13 Pro, I am trying several times, but no result. Why it happening?

do you get any error messages? Freeze or crash reports?
What kind of video is it (specs)?
Cubase will not import all video. Check out the formats it does support and get your video converted before putting into Cubase.
