Hi All - I’ve isolated an issue that happens reliably on my Windows 10 PC (GeForce RTX 2060 Super with 2 4k monitors). If I close down Dorico while the video screen is on the second monitor, it will appear blank with no sound when I open it again. The workaround is to drag the window back onto the primary monitor, shut down Dorico, then start it up again. Dragging the video window across while the program is running has no issues - it’s just when shutting it down and starting it up again. Just thought I’d post in case someone else was having the same issues!
Welcome to the forum, @matthewh. I’m sorry this problem is causing you issues. We are aware of some problems with using the Video window on multiple monitors and are hoping to resolve this in the next major version.
