I’ve imported a video file with the “extract audio” option checked. The cue I need starts at around 5 minutes so I selected the clip on the video track and modified its “offset” parameter (so that my music which starts on measure 1 is lined up). However, this offsets only the video, not the audio contained in the quicktime file. I need that to sync properly because there is some dialog there that I need to hear when scoring. If I add an audio track with the extracted audio on it, just below the video, the “offset” parameter for the audio clip doesn’t accept my input (the same setting as for the video clip).
Is there a setting somewhere that I’m missing?
