I have a problem. I try to import a video file into a project, and it comes up with a box that says “Generating Thumbnail Cache” with a loading bar, but nothing loads. Even after a long time it’s still on 0%. The file I tried uploading is less than a second long, it’s not even 2 megabytes. What am I doing wrong? Can someone please help me out?
