Video showing solo button not working as expected -anyone come across this?

Wasn’t sure how to post videos here - so uploaded a video to this link:

you can see after unsoloing the track the other tracks remain muted.

Am i doing something wrong? there’s no preferences i can find that affect this? and it’s really annoying
