Hope you can help. I am composing a score to a short film. I have Cubase 5.5.3 and Quicktime Pro 7 running on a PC with Vista.
The MP4 video plays fine in QT independently. It imports fine into the video track and the thumbnails are clear and beautiful. Frame rate is matched and happy (25FPS).
However, the video won’t run in the realtime video playback window. I just get a white screen in the playback window. The music all plays, but no video playback. No errors. No nothing. Just a blank white screen.
Any help from you wonderful people would be gratefully received!
