Video window is blank on secondary monitor

Dorico 3.5.11.1054, Windows (version 2004)
Issue: Moving video window to another screen makes it go black. This happens regardless of playback running or if the video is showing still frame.

The secondary monitor in question is Wacom One tablet screen. Video used here was 24 fps FHD mp4, but I tried several other video files and the results were identical.

Is this a known issue? Being able to place the video on another screen seems quite crucial. (Forum search turned out empty.)

It’s not a known issue, no, and in general with two “regular” displays it works reliably. Is there something special about the Wacom One that makes it different from other external displays?
