Is it a way to see on screen score with split screen to sequencer roll like in read mode but at the top the score ? element) else is it possible in the complete version pro ?

This is indeed possible, in all flavours of Dorico (iPad, SE, Elements, and Pro). As @DanielMuzMurray suggests, you need to open the lower zone and then switch to the Key Editor, which is the rightmost button on the lower zone toolbar panel selector.

I didn’t see the lower part was available by the arrow in the middle bottom in write mode too ,
