Dan has done a great job with MusAnalysis and MusGlyphs. With viio6, MusAnalysis wants to place the 6 as a superscript after the o. Doesn’t this imply that it has a diminished sixth in it? Shouldn’t the 6 go below the o? Maybe it’s just the convention I’m accustomed to. I am unable to figure out how to do this.

Yes, but the symbol is often shown regardless of that assumption. (If for no other reason, it’s a helpful way to know when teaching whether students know that it’s diminished.) The practice (for some): upper/lower case distinguishes the quality of the third above the chord root (with a P5 assumed), the use of + and ° distinguishes the quality of the fifth.

I know the diminished symbol needs to be there. o7 and +6 mean exactly what they say. I think o6 should be stacked because there’s no diminished sixth in viio6.
Anyway, if anyone knows how to get the font to do it, please let me know, otherwise, thank you for your posts.
Thanks for the kind words about the font. This notation is universally correct, as far as I’m aware. The vii is diminished, and it’s in first inversion. I have never seen the formatting you referenced.
