My partner and I share music back and forth in Dorico 6, making changes as needed. But frequently the violin sound won’t open on playback, for me. Silence. Sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn’t. All other instruments work fine.
The only thing I have figured out to do is to create a new violin player, then copy and paste the old violin in. I am a fairly new Dorico user and have been doing pretty well, but this is driving me a little crazy.
