Virtual keyboard won't record pitch changes?

Hey guys!

So as the title says after I record my synth tracks I can’t hear any of the pitch changes that i played while recording using the halion with my keyboard.
Do I have to manually map it out?
(still waiting for my minilogue.)

Yes, this is correct. Virtual MIDI Keyboard of any Virtual Instrument doesn’t send the MIDI Data to the track. So you don’t record the MIDI Data.

Use internal Cubase Virtual Keyboard instead, or hardware MIDI Keyboard, please.
