Visual glitches - issues with the timeline

Hi guys,

I’m running Cubase 10 LE AI Elements on my 2019 MacBook Pro with MacOS Catalina (10.15.3 (19D76)).

I’m experiencing issues with my UI - when I am scrolling the timeline horizontally, the contents get distorted. The welcome screen as well as the “about” screen are also blurry for no apparent reason. Please see the screenshots and the attached video for details.

Could you please tell me what to do? These blurry screens don’t bother me that much, but the timeline glitches are a dealbreaker - it’s almost impossible to edit waveforms when that happens and it happens all the time.

PS. I’m having these problems both on the Retina screen as well as some external, lower-res monitors.
PPS. I’ve had this problems for a while now. I just reinstalled Cubase yesterday, I even downloaded the 10.40 update from the website and installed it.

Could you try in Cubase Safe Start Mode, please?

Hi Martin, this doesn’t help unfortunately. I used the “disable preferences” option. Any other ideas?
