Hi, is it possible to extract the voice off a track in CB8 so that i am only left with the accupella version (voice only)?

No impossible in any software.

It depends on the material. “Voice Isolation” is what you are loking for.
- Use an MS matrix to filter out the side signal. (Mostly the vocals are only in the mid signal)
- Use EQ on the mid signal to filter out low and high frequencys that are not part of the human voice spectrum.
Results can be satisfying in some cases.
