I need to move the highlighted part forward. Is there a way to adjust it manually in the panel instead of using the options?
I think the way to go in your example would be “Swap Voice Order”. Edit>Notations>Voices>Swap Voice Order

There is no change.
Use “Voice column index”.

Select the bars where you want the Order to change, before applying the command.

I’ve edited my answer with a Gif showing how the command does work. If the option is still not working for you, please share a file that shows the problem. Surely someone in the Forum could investigate what the problem is and give a solution.
