Hi everyone,
When I record automation using a MIDI controller knob (for example volume), I can see that during recording the automation curve has a lot of detailed points and smooth movement (picture 1).
However, once I stop recording, the DAW seems to simplify or reduce the number of points, and the curve becomes much more straight and less detailed, as if it’s being heavily interpolated (picture 2).
Is there a way to prevent this and keep all the recorded automation points exactly as they were recorded?
